The 3 ingredients are the acclaimed hydrolyzed and isolated Whey protein (WPH) Optipep 90 with an ultra-fast absorption speed, Whey protein concentrate (WPC) of Arla with an average speed and Micellar Casein (MC), the best casein in the market with low speed and prolonged in time.
